By using CreoleMT (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Description of Service
CreoleMT is a translation platform designed specifically for Creole languages. We provide text and document translation services, dictionary features, and language tools to help bridge communication gaps in Creole languages.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
- To violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
- To submit false or misleading information
Translation Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit for translation. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing translation services. We do not claim ownership of your original content or translations.
Subscription and Billing
Some features of our Service may require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. CreoleMT makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
While we strive for accuracy in our translations, we cannot guarantee that all translations will be perfect or suitable for all purposes. You should review all translations before using them for important communications.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CreoleMT or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
